(great on a cracker, as a sandwich, served with smoked sausage, and of course on a burger)
- 1 ½ cups of mayonnaise
- 1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon finely grated onion
- ¼ teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) block extra sharp Cheddar cheese, finely shredded
- 1 (8 ounce) block sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in cheeses.
Store in a refrigerator for up to 1 week.
