E-Club of the South’s Pimiento Cheese

(great on a cracker, as a sandwich, served with smoked sausage, and of course on a burger)

  • 1 ½ cups of mayonnaise
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated onion
  • ¼ teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1 (8 ounce) block extra sharp Cheddar cheese, finely shredded
  • 1 (8 ounce) block sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in cheeses.

 Store in a refrigerator for up to 1 week.
