- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 yellow cake mix, regular size
- 1 (20 oz.) can peach pie filling
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- Powered Sugar
Combine eggs and cake mix until crumbly. Stir in peach pie filling and almond extract until well mixed. Pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan before turning out on serving plate. Cool. Dust with powdered sugar.
